Friends of Energy Board
The Friends of Energy Governing Board supports Energy Institute High School’s participation in HISD’s Level 5 Autonomy initiative under Texas Senate Bill 1882. Through an approved performance contract, the nonprofit governing board will provide oversight while the school receives expanded decision-making authority in areas such as curriculum, staffing, calendar, professional development, and budgeting.
